  • 摘要: 为验证不同爆破方式对岩体裂隙发育及顶板冒放性情况,以宽沟煤矿I010203工作面为工程背景,开展坚硬顶板深孔预裂爆破技术研究,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验、监测分析等研究方法分析多巷爆破类型对冲击地压的影响。根据不同爆破位置及先后顺序进行工程类型划分,提出5种爆破类型,模拟分析与现场实践3种类型。得出以下结论:①依据理论分析确定深孔预裂爆破参数,顶板处理高度40 m,炮孔间距10 m,呈扇形布置;②分析对比不同方案裂隙度发育情况,煤体内部裂隙破碎范围明显大于岩体内部,“反三角型”爆破破裂体积远大于其他类型,优于其他爆破类型;③根据现场效果分析,“斜一字型”进一步加剧非爆破区域内微震事件聚集区的煤体应力集中程度和顶板活动强度,大能量事件的发生频次增加;“一字型”能够起到降低非爆破区域内微震事件聚集区的煤体应力集中程度的效果,但对聚集区的消除和转移效果不明显;“反三角型”有效降低爆破区域和非爆破区域的顶板活动强度和煤体应力集中程度,大能量事件的发生频次降低,确定了最优超前深孔预裂爆破顺序,降低了工作面发生冲击地压的危险性。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify the effect of different blasting methods on the development of rock fissures and roof caving, a study on deep-hole presplitting blasting technology for hard roof was carried out in I010203 working face of Kuanggou coal mine, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field test and monitoring analysis are used to analyze the influence of multi-roadway blasting type on rock burst.According to the different blasting position and sequence, the engineering types are divided, and 5 types of blasting are put forward, and 3 types are simulated and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn: ① according to theoretical analysis, the parameters of deep hole presplitting blasting are determined. The Height of roof treatment is 40 m, the distance between holes is 10 m, and the blasting holes are arranged in a fan shape; ② analyzing and comparing the development of the fracture degree of different schemes, the fracture range of the inner fracture of coal is obviously larger than that of the Rock, and the volume of the "anti-triangle" blasting is much larger than that of the other blasting types; ③ The oblique shape further intensifies the coal stress concentration and roof activity intensity in the microseismic event gathering area in the non-blasting area, and the occurrence frequency of large energy events increases; The “one-shape” can reduce the stress concentration degree of the coal body in the agglomeration area of microseismic events in the non-blasting area, but the elimination and transfer effect of the agglomeration area is not obvious. The “inverse triangle” effectively reduces the roof activity intensity and coal stress concentration degree in the blasting area and non-blasting area, reduces the occurrence frequency of large energy events, determines the optimal advance deep hole pre-splitting blasting sequence, and reduces the risk of rock burst in the working face.
