综放工作面顶煤放出体形态理论研究

  • 摘要: 为了表述顶煤放出煤体形态,将破碎的顶煤看作随机流动的松散介质,利用PFC2d(Particle Flow Code-2d)离散元计算软件建立了放顶煤横向剖面的二维模型,通过离散元迭代法计算出顶煤放出体形态。以放出体边界小球坐标为基础,对随机介质理论的二维方程进行数据拟合,得出了二维顶煤放出体函数。顶煤放出过程是三维流动过程,在二维模型的基础上,假设在横向剖面和纵向剖面2个方向上,顶煤流动是相互独立的,以边界小球坐标为依据,对随机介质理论的三维方程进行数据拟合,得出了三维顶煤放出体函数,函数图与模拟放出体形状基本一致,说明将随机介质理论引入顶煤放出体形态研究是可行的,可以依此合理确定生产过程中的放煤参数。

     

    Abstract: In order to describe top coal caving shapes, the broken top coal was regarded as random flowing loose medium.By using PFC2 d software, the two-dime nsional model in transverse section was established, and the shapes of caving top coal could be worked out through discrete element iteration method.Based on the bo undary spherule coordinate, the two-dimensional function of caving top coal was determined by carrying on data ftting to the two-dimensional equation of random medi um theory.The top coal caving was a three-dimensional process. The paper assumed that the process of top coal caving were mutual independent in transverse section and longitudinal section, according to the boundary spherule coordinate, the three-dimensional equation of drawn top coal could be determined by data fitting to the thr ee-dimensional equation of random medium theory.It presented that the random medium theory was feasible to top coal caving study for the function image and the sim ulated drawn top coal shapes being basically identical.It could determine rationally coal caving parameters during production process.
