煤层底板超前注浆加固定向钻孔钻进技术

Drilling Technology of Directional Drilled Borehole for Advance Grouting Reinforcement of Seam Floor

  • 摘要: 为提高煤矿井下煤层底板钻孔注浆加固效果,提出了采用井下随钻测量定向钻进技术施工底板注浆加固钻孔的工艺方法,对套管钻进、回转造斜钻进、定向造斜钻进及透孔钻进工艺技术及配套钻具进行了系统研究,设计了钻进工艺流程。赵固一矿现场试验结果表明,定向钻孔能实现煤层底板的超前治理,且单孔注浆量大幅提高,底板加固效果显著。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the borehole grouting reinforcement effect of seam floor in underground mine, the paper provided a borehole floor grouting reinforce ment technical method with a drilling measuring and directional drilling technology. A systematic study was conducted on the casing drilling, rotary deflection drilling, dir ectional deflection drilling and through hole drilling technology and matched drilling tools. A drilling technical procedure was designed. The site trial results in Zhaogu N 0.1 Mine showed that the directional drilled borehole could realize the advance treatment of the seam floor, the grouting quantity of a single borehole would be increas ed by a large margin and the seam floor reinforcement effect was obvious.
