小型矿用本安型DC-DC隔离电源模块设计

Design on Small Mine Intrinsic Safe DC-DC Isolated Power Modular

  • 摘要: 矿用本安电源上电时,容易因负载电容充电造成本安电源误动、可靠性变差;因负载供电线路压降差异导致负载可靠性变差。为解决以上问题,对负载端直流-直流(DC-DC)电源模块进行研究,提出一种新的本安型DC-DC隔离电源模块的设计方案。在该方案中采用特有的三级缓启动电路,具有开机冲击小、输入端等效电容小等特点;采用高稳定度的小环反馈式稳压结构既保证了电源的动态响应速度,又能避免输入端长线造成的自激振荡。

     

    Abstract: When the mine intrinsic safe power was energized, due to the loading, the mine intrinsic power would have miss actions and poor relability occurred by t he capacitor charging.Due to the loading, the voltage drop difference of the power supply line would have a poor loading reliability.In order to solve the above problems, a study on the DC-DC power modular of the loading terminal was conducted and a new design plan of the intrinsic safe DC-DC isolated power modular was provided.A special three stage slow star circuit was applied in the design plan and would have a small start impact, a small equivalent capacitance of the input terminal and other f eatures.The application of the small circulated feedback voltage stabilization structure with high stability would ensure the dynamic response speed of the power and Co uld eliminate the self-oscillation caused by the long power line at the input terminal.
