破碎顶板回撤通道围岩运动规律和支护适应性研究

  • 摘要: 为提高破碎顶板工作面末采及回撤期间回撤通道顶板控制效果,采用现场实测和理论计算的方法,对末采及回撤期间顶板来压特征及支架合理支护阻力进行研究。结果表明:在工作面逐渐靠近回撤通道的过程中,顶板运动分为相对稳定、突变运动及显著运动3个阶段,且支架工作阻力突变位置超前顶板下沉量突增位置3~5 m,距回撤通道10 m或支架工作阻力突变时应采取措施补强支护;现有垛式支架工作阻力偏低,支架工作阻力不足导致煤壁承受压力增加造成顶板下沉量和煤壁片帮较剧烈,经理论计算垛式支架合理支架工作阻力应不小于14 398 k N。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the roof control effect of the roof of the working face of the broken roof, the roof pressure characteristics and the reasonable support resistance of the supports were studied by using field measurement and theoretical calculation. The results showed that the roof motion was divided into three stages in the process of working face closing to the channel, which was relatively stable stage, the mutation movement stage and the movement stage, and the support working r esistance mutation was about 3 ~ 5 m, and the measures should be taken to protect the working resistance mutation. Existing chock support working resistance was |o W, lack of working resistance of support lead to coal wall pressure increased caused by roof subsidence quantity and coal wall for more intense, through theoretical calc ulation of pile support reasonable working resistance of support should be not less than 14 398 k N.
