煤炭资源富集区煤-水协调共采影响因素研究

Study on influencing factors of coal-water coordinated co-mining in coal resource rich area

  • 摘要: 采煤活动下毛乌素沙地生态脆弱特征进一步凸显,亟待破解区域煤炭资源开发与水资源保护间的矛盾,构建矿区绿色高质量发展的新格局。以神东煤炭基地呼吉尔特矿区为典型研究区,基于绿色开采理念,利用生命周期理论分析采煤过程对水资源影响的阶段性特征并对其进行阐述。立足于煤炭资源富集区煤-水资源开发利用现状,从水文地质、自然资源、采动影响、生态环境、煤矿灾害、社会经济6个方面,提取了23个关键影响因子,构建煤炭资源富集区煤-水协调共采影响指标体系。基于成锥规则优化的尖锥网络分析法,提出了“多锥共底”模型,以各因子间影响关系确定锥顶、锥底及共用锥底元素并构建“多锥共底”分析结构,从而探讨相关因子间的作用程度及反馈关系,同时对网络分析法、尖锥网络分析法等3种方法所得权重结果进行比对分析。研究结果表明:采动影响系统权重占比最高,煤矿灾害系统次之,生态环境系统、社会经济系统、自然资源系统、地质系统权重占比依次降低;在多种因子共同作用下,矿井涌水量、矿井水利用率权重相对较大。研究认为应当重点围绕矿井水来源、产生、利用3个过程来实现煤炭资源富集区煤-水协调绿色高质量发展,统筹生态环境健康、矿井安全生产2个方面,进一步强化煤炭资源要素在当地经济高质量发展过程中的支撑作用,从而推动区域煤-水双资源绿色高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: Under coal mining activities, the ecological fragility of Mu Us Sandy Land has become more prominent, and it is urgent to solve the contradiction between regional coal resource development and water resource protection, so as to build a new pattern of green and high-quality development of mining areas. Taking Hujith mining area of Shendong coal base as a typical research area, based on the concept of green mining, life cycle theory is used to analyze the stage characteristics of the impact of coal mining process on water resources and explain it. Based on the current situation of coal and water resources development and utilization in coal resource rich areas, 23 key influencing factors were extracted from 6 aspects of hydrogeology, natural resources, mining impact, ecological environment, coal mine disaster and social economy, and the influence index system of coal and water coordinated co-mining in coal resource rich areas was established. Based on the sharp-cone network analysis method optimized by coning rules, a “multi-cone common base” model is proposed. The cone top, cone base and shared cone base elements are determined by the influence relationship among factors, and a “multi-cone common base” analysis structure is constructed, so as to explore the interaction degree and feedback relationship between related factors. At the same time, the weight results obtained by three methods, such as network analysis and sharp cone network analysis, are compared and analyzed. The results show that the weight ratio of mining impact system is the highest, followed by coal mine disaster system, and the weight ratio of ecological environment system, social economy system, natural resources system and geological system decreases successively. Under the joint action of various factors, the weight of mine water inflow and mine water utilization rate is relatively large. The research believes that the three processes of mine water source, generation and utilization should be focused on to achieve the coordinated green and high-quality development of coal-water in coal resource-rich areas, and coordinate the two aspects of ecological environment health and mine safety production. Further strengthen the supporting role of coal resource elements in the process of high-quality development of local economy, so as to promote the green and high-quality development of regional coal and water resources.
