综采工作面自动化生产工艺研究与应用

Research and application of automatic production technology of fully mechanized longwall working face for complex condition coal seam

  • 摘要: 综采工作面采煤工作的任务是破煤、装煤、运煤、支护顶板、采空区处理这5个工序。智能化综采面需要各个装备在程序的控制下相互配合自动完成5个工序的任务,对于不同条件的工作面需要设计采煤机动作、支架跟机动作的详细流程。根据目前综采面智能化装备的功能特点,提出了适用于不同煤层条件的4种智能化生产工艺流程。对于近水平且赋存稳定煤层的工作面,设计了14道的采煤机自动化截割工序以及9个步骤的支架自动化跟机作业流程,解决了自动化端头进刀及割三角煤问题,大大提高了生产效率。针对倾斜煤层、大倾角煤层以及特厚急倾斜煤层等复杂条件,分别提出了中部斜切进刀割煤工艺流程、大倾角煤层端部反向进刀单向割煤工艺流程、单摇臂采煤机中部斜切进刀割煤工艺流程。相关工艺在多个矿井现场应用,大大提高了智能化装备的自动化使用率,取得了较好的减人提效效果,对类似条件的智能化综采面生产工艺流程的设计和应用有重要参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The five procedure in a fully mechanized Longwall working face is coal cutting, coal loading to convey, coal convey out of the Longwall working face, roof supporting and goaf disposal. The fully mechanized mining face equipped with intelligent equipment should to cooperate under the program's control to complete the five procedure automatically. For different conditions of the Longwall working face, it is necessary to design the detailed technological process such as automatic operation of shearer to cut coal, automatic action of supports following the shearer. According to the functional characteristics of the intelligent equipment for the fully mechanized Longwall working face, four kinds of automatic production processes suitable for different coal seam conditions were put forward. For the flat coal seam and simple geological conditions, the automatic cutting process of the shearer with 14 steps and the automatic following process of the supports with 9 steps were designed, which solved the problem of automatic end feed cutting at the two ends of Longwall working face, and dramatically improved the production efficiency. Given the complex conditions of inclined coal seam, high inclination coal seam, and extremely thick steep coal seam, the automatic cutting process of midsection bevel feed, single-section cutting process of reverse feed at the end, and midsection bevel feed of shearer with ranging were proposed respectively. The application in many mines has dramatically improved the utilization rate of intelligent equipment automation and achieved in reducing personnel and improving efficiency, which has significant reference value for similar conditions of intelligent fully-mechanized Longwall working face to design and application of the production process.
