基于模糊综合评价法的煤矿环境腐蚀倾向性分析

Analysis of coal mine environment corrosion tendency based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

  • 摘要: 煤矿环境因其复杂性易导致锚固材料在长期使用中遭受腐蚀破坏,威胁巷道支护安全。为表征煤矿环境腐蚀特性,进行了煤矿环境腐蚀因素及腐蚀倾向性研究。根据现场调研结果分析了煤矿环境特征及主要腐蚀因素;运用层次分析−熵值组合赋权法及隶属度分析法研究了煤矿环境腐蚀倾向性;开展工业性应用试验确定了高家堡煤矿井下巷道环境腐蚀倾向性等级。结果表明:煤矿环境可划分为水环境、大气环境和围岩环境3类,共包含9种主要环境腐蚀因素,采用组合赋权法分析得到水环境价值权重为0.64829562、大气环境价值权重为0.22967309、围岩环境价值权重为0.12203129;运用隶属度分析,提出了pH影响指数、Cl影响指数、SO42−影响指数等9项煤矿主要环境腐蚀因素影响指数,构建了各主要环境腐蚀因素隶属度函数;结合指标赋权及隶属度分析,设计了煤矿环境腐蚀倾向性多参量耦合评价方法,通过环境检测、指标量化、评价指数确定和工程判据对照对煤矿环境腐蚀倾向性进行综合判断;应用多参量耦合评价方法得到了高家堡煤矿北翼回风巷、西翼集中辅运巷、西区回风巷、3403运输巷和3407运输巷环境腐蚀倾向性分别为Ⅴ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级;对比巷道环境评价及工业性腐蚀试验结果可知该评价方法能准确评估煤矿环境腐蚀特性。本研究可有效评估矿井环境,为煤矿巷道防腐支护提供指引。

     

    Abstract: The coal mine environment is easy to cause corrosion damage to the anchorage material in long-term use because its complexity, which threatens the safety of roadway support. To characterize the corrosion characteristics of coal mine environment, the corrosion factors and corrosion tendency of coal mine environment were studied. The environmental characteristics and main corrosion factors of coal mine were analyzed based on field investigation. The multi-parameter coupling evaluation method of coal mine environmental corrosion tendency is designed by analytic hierarchy process-entropy combination weighting and membership degree analysis. The environmental corrosion tendency grade of underground roadway in Gaojiabao Coal Mine was determined by industrial application test. The results indicate that the coal mine environment can be divided into three categories: water environment, atmospheric environment and surrounding rock environment, including 9 main environmental corrosion factors. By index weighting analysis, the weight of water environment was determined as 0.64829562, the weight of atmospheric environment was determined as 0.22967309, and the weight of surrounding rock environment was determined as 0.12203129. Nine influence indexes of main environmental corrosion factors in coal mines were put forward by membership analysis, such as pH influence index, Cl influence index and SO42− influence index. The membership function of each main environmental corrosion factor was constructed. Combined with index weighting and membership analysis, the multi-parameter coupling evaluation method of coal mine environmental corrosion tendency was designed, the environmental corrosion tendency of coal mine is comprehensively judged by environmental detection, index quantification, evaluation index determination and engineering criterion comparison. The environmental corrosion tendency of the north wing return air roadway, the west wing concentrated auxiliary transportation roadway, the west return air roadway, the 3403 transportation roadway and the 3407 transportation roadway in Gaojiabao Coal Mine were determined as grade V, grade III, grade II, grade III and grade IV by applying the multi-parameter coupling evaluation method of coal mine environmental corrosion tendency. Comparing the results of roadway environmental evaluation and industrual corrosion test, it can be seen that the evaluation method can accurately evaluate the corrosion characteristics of coal mines environmental. This study can effectively evaluate the mine environment and provide guidance for the anti-corrosion support of coal mine roadway.
