国产超长工作面刮板输送装备技术现状与发展趋势

Technical status and development trend of domestic armored face conveyor for ultra-long working face

  • 摘要: 加长工作面长度是提高单工作面产量的优选解决方案。在条件允许的情况下,采用超长工作面开采,能够提高工作面单产、方便巷道布置、降低巷道掘进率,从而提升煤矿生产效率,对我国煤炭资源的绿色低碳开发意义重大。为推动国产超长工作面刮板输送装备的发展,基于2021年以来陕蒙矿区首批400 m以上国产超长工作面刮板输送装备的实际应用数据,从装机功率、规格参数、配套装备、过煤量、溜槽磨损及牵引系统磨损等多个维度,分析现有装备存在装备空载功率高、链条张力控制困难、磨损加剧和重载启动困难等主要问题,提出了链条−刮板组件轻量化技术、链速与运量均衡控制策略、链条张紧力智能控制方法、高可靠性牵引系统关键技术、多动力部智能协同控制策略及智能运维技术等未来超长工作面刮板输送装备的技术研究重点。最后,展望了不同煤层厚度下超长工作面刮板输送装备的发展趋势:薄煤层300~450 m智能刮板输送装备,满足单工作面年产300万t目标;中厚煤层500~600 m智能刮板输送装备,满足单工作面年产1000万t目标;厚及特厚煤层400~500 m智能刮板输送装备,满足单工作面年产2000万t目标。总体来看,国产超长工作面刮板输送装备正逐步接近并有望超越国际先进水平,为推动我国煤炭行业的高效、安全、绿色发展提供有力支持。

     

    Abstract: The optimal solution to increase the output of a single working face is to lengthen the length of the working face. If conditions permit, it is possible to increase the yield of the working face, facilitate roadway layout, reduce roadway excavation rate, and improve coal mine production efficiency by adopting ultra-long working face mining. It is of great significance for the green and low-carbon development of China's coal resources. To promote the development of domestically produced ultra-long working face scraper conveyor equipment, based on the actual application data of the first batch of domestically produced ultra-long working face scraper conveyor equipment with a length of over 400 m in the Shaanxi Inner Mongolia mining area since 2021, from multiple dimensions such as installed power, specification parameters, supporting equipment, coal throughput, chute wear, and traction system wear, analyzing the main problems of existing equipment, such as high no-load power, difficulty in chain tension control, increased wear and tear, and difficulty in starting heavy loads, key technical research areas for future ultra-long working face scraper conveying equipment are proposed, including lightweight technology for chain scraper components, chain speed and capacity balance control strategies, intelligent control methods for chain tension, key technologies for high reliability traction systems, intelligent collaborative control strategies for multiple power units, and intelligent operation and maintenance technologies. Finally, the development trend of scraper conveyor equipment for ultra-long working faces under different coal seam thicknesses was discussed: intelligent scraper conveyor equipment for thin coal seams of 300‒450 m, meeting the annual production target of 3 million tons per working face; Intelligent scraper conveyor equipment for 500‒600 m thick coal seams, meeting the annual production target of 10 million tons per working face; Intelligent scraper conveyor equipment for 400‒500 m thick and extra thick coal seams, meeting the annual production target of 20 million tons per working face. Overall, domestic ultra-long working face scraper conveyor equipment is gradually approaching and is expected to surpass the international advanced level, providing strong support for promoting the efficient, safe, and green development of China’s coal industry.
