Abstract:
With the continuous development and transformation of coal industry, a large number of coal mines closed in Shanxi Province left rich coal resources. The efficient use of these resources can not only inject new vitality into the economic development of Shanxi, but also play a positive role in the environmental level, reduce the ecological problems that may be caused by idle resources or unreasonable disposal, and realize the coordinated symbiosis between the coal industry and the ecological environment. Therefore, in order to realize the reuse of the remaining coal resources in closed coal mines, taking the 830 coal mines closed due to resource integration, merger and reorganization and overcapacity reduction in Shanxi Province as an example, through investigation and analysis, resource integration, data statistics and other means, the amount of available coal resources in closed coal mines was assessed, and the diversified utilization strategy of the remaining coal resources in closed coal mines in Shanxi Province was proposed. The distribution characteristics of the remaining coal resources in the general and key investigation areas of closed coal mines in Shanxi Province are deeply analyzed, and discusses the diversified development and utilization modes of the remaining coal resources in closed coal mines, including underground coal gasification, underground restoration mining, strategic reserve and open pit mining and utilization. At the same time, a scientific and reasonable resource utilization evaluation system under different utilization modes is established, and the utilization mode of the remaining coal resources in various closed coal mines is analyzed from multiple dimensions such as the type of coal resources and the technical applicability of coal mining, and the optimal utilization mode of the remaining coal resources in different types of closed coal mines is clarified. Finally, it is successfully estimated that the remaining coal resource reserves of Shanxi Province in 2020 is 1 277 002.09 million tons, of which the remaining coal resources reserves of the 150 coal mines closed in the key investigation area are 75 078.23 million tons.34 coal mines are selected as suitable for strategic reserve, 45 for open pit mining, 14 for underground gasification, 7 for new mining, 4 for underground repair gangue mining and 20 for separate layer isolated grouting mining.
