Abstract:
Regarding the problem of “key 4% coal seam which is difficult to realize mechanized mining”, it mainly refers to the mechanized mining method of steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam with dip angle greater than 60°. For the first time, it puts forward the unmanned mining method in roadway for steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam with dip angle greater than 60° based on the beaded wire saw. It presents the idea to modify the beaded wire saw as hydraulic drive to meet the requirements of underground coal mine which is widely used in ground quarries and bridge engineering. It analyzes the roadway system and ventilation system, and introduces the installation process, cutting process and mining method for the unmanned working face in steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam based on the modified diamond beaded wire saw; In order to improve section height, mining efficiency as well as to reduce the gangue content of coal carving face in roadway, this paper studied the separation of coal seam from top to floor, and pre-cutting of the coal to pieces of steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam with dip angle greater than 60° by adopting the auxiliary measures of beaded wire saw, then the safe and efficient mining method of steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam can be realized; It studies the cooperation between top coal caving hydraulic powered supports in roadway and beaded wire saw, and the relationship between the conveyor and hydraulic powered supports arranged along the roadway; Through studying of the differences between top coal caving in roadway based on beaded wire saw and other mining methods of steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam with dip angle greater than 60°, it reached the feasibility of unmanned efficient coal mining method of steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam using beaded wire saw. Most importantly it provides the mechanized mining foundation for the subsequent research of intelligent mining method for steeply inclined thin and medium thick coal seam with dip angle greater than 60°.
