深部煤炭资源智能化开采技术现状与发展方向

Current situation and development direction of intelligent mining technology for deep coal resources

  • 摘要: 深部煤炭资源开采采场地应力高、采动影响强烈,冲击地压灾害时有发生。智能化开采是深地资源开采的重要手段,深部资源安全绿色、智能高效开采技术与装备亟需研发,以加快开展千米深井智能开采实践。根据兖矿集团多年来煤矿开采的技术经验,在分析智能化开采技术现状的基础上,围绕煤炭资源深部开采灾害防治和探-掘-采等关键生产环节,分别对矿井地质探测与建模、深井灾害防治技术、智能化掘进与开采技术现状及存在的问题进行了阐述,展望了深部煤炭资源智能化开采趋势,提出了各项技术相对应的具体研究内容及预期研究目标。目前三维地质建模技术可基本辅助规划井下安全生产,但仍处于起步阶段,探测精度不够,缺乏实时处理功能,实现地层精准模型构建有待高精度探测技术与数据处理方法展开研究;矿震观测系统的引进及发展有助于冲击地压防治,但仍需在关键层运动特征监测及灾害治理手段方面深入研究,同时须进一步提升矿井热害防治智能化水平;智能化采掘技术在基础理论、装备研制等方面取得长足进步的同时,应该向复杂地质条件下煤层及装备协同控制方面投入更多研究。

     

    Abstract: Deep coal resources mining sites have high stress and strong mining impacts, and rock burst disasters occur from time to time. Intelligent mining is an important mean of deep resource exploitation, so there is an urgent need to develop deep resources safe and green, intelligent and efficient mining technology and equipment to accelerate the practice of intelligent miningin kilometer deep wells. Based on Yankuang Group’s accumulated experience in coal mining technology over the years and the analysis of the current status of intelligent mining technology, the paper focuses on the key production links such as disaster prevention and exploration-excavation-mining of coal resources in deep mining, then the current situation and existing problems of mine geological exploration and modeling, deep well disaster prevention technology, intelligent driving and mining technology are described respectively, and the specific research content and expected research goals corresponding to each technology are proposed by looking forward to the trend of intelligent mining of deep coal resources. The current 3D geological modeling technology can basically assist in planning downhole safety production, it is still in its infancy, with insufficient detection accuracy and lack of real-time processing functions.The introduction and development of the mine earthquake observation system help prevent and control the rock burst, however, but it is still necessary to invest in research on key layer movement characteristics monitoring and disaster control methods, and at the same time, it is necessary to further improve the degree of intelligence in mine thermal hazard prevention. While making great progress in basic theory and equipment development, more energy should be devoted to coordinated control of coal seams and equipment with complex geological conditions
