煤体单轴抗压强度统计与分级研究

Study on statistics and classification of uniaxial compressive strength of coal

  • 摘要: 为了解决现有煤体单轴抗压强度(UCS)测试数据利用率低的问题,采用数据筛选与分析、数理统计、聚类分析的方法,提出一种能比较有效地分辨、衡量煤体强度差异,并能对UCS测试结果进行定量评价和分类的方法。通过搜集整理山西、山东、内蒙古、陕西、新疆等主要产煤省份及地区129座矿井的808组煤体UCS数据,分析煤体UCS数据分布特征及分布规律并对测试结果进行评价,为煤体强度分级及煤系地层有关工程设计提供重要参考依据;基于煤体强度测试数据统计分析,将煤体强度进行分级同时根据其煤体强度分级与评价结果初步对煤矿巷道围岩支护参数类型提供参考和预测评估。结果表明:所统计煤体UCS分布范围为1.37~55.48 MPa,平均值为16.11 MPa,标准差为8.93 MPa,且满足正态分布。对煤体UCS分级:Ⅰ(1~10 MPa)、Ⅱ(10~15 MPa)、JP2Ⅲ(15~25MPa)、Ⅳ(25~JP40 MPa)、Ⅴ(40~60 MPa)。依据单轴抗压强度分级标准对其进行分值评价:非常差(0~10 分)、差(11~20 分)、较差(21~40 分)、中(41~60 分)、较好(61~80 分)、好(81~95 分)、非常好(96~100 分)。对煤矿单轴抗压强度进行分值评价,同时与不同支护参数进行对应分类划分,所提供的支护参数可为煤巷支护基本参数提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low utilization rate of the existing uniaxial compressive strength(UCS) test data,the methods of data screening and analysis,mathematical statistics,and cluster analysis are used to distinguish and measure the difference of coal strength effectively,and to quantitatively evaluate and classify the UCS test results.By collecting and sorting 808 sets of coal UCS data from 129 coal mines in major coal-producing provinces such as Shanxi,Shandong,Inner Mongolia,Shaanxi,Xinjiang,etc,the distribution characteristics and law of coal UCS data were analyzed and the test results were evaluated,which provides an important reference for coal body strength classification and related engineering design of coal measure strata.Based on the statistical analysis of the coal strength test data,the coal strength is classified and the coal strength classification and evaluation results are used to provide a reference and predictive evaluation of the support parameters of the coal mine roadway surrounding rock.The results show that the UCS distribution range of the coal body in this paper is 1.37~55.48 MPa,with an average value of 16.11 MPa and a standard deviation of 8.93 MPa,which satisfies the normal distribution.In addition,the UCS of coal classification is determined:Ⅰ(1~10 MPa),Ⅱ(10~15 MPa),Ⅲ(15 to 25 MPa),Ⅳ(25~40 MPa),Ⅴ(40~60 MPa).According to the uniaxial compressive strength grading standards,the scores are evaluated: very poor (0~10 points),relatively poor (11~20 points),poor (21~40 points),moderate (41~60 points),relatively good (61~80 points),good JP3(81~95 points),and very good (96~100 points).The uniaxial compressive strength of the coal mine is scored and evaluated,and different support parameters are classified and divided accordingly.The support parameters can provide a reference for the basic parameters of coal roadway support.
