黔南灯影组巨厚含水层立井井筒帷幕注浆参数研究

Study on curtain grouting parameters of vertical shaft in Dengying formation of southern Guizhou with thick aquifer

  • 摘要: 黔南地区震旦系磷矿层顶板灯影组白云岩直接充水,且水文地质条件复杂,是制约矿井建设的主要因素。地面预注浆技术是井筒防治水的有效手段,在煤矿、铁矿、铅锌矿等矿山都有成功应用,鉴于溶蚀型白云岩含水层导水网络水文条件的复杂性,不能照搬现有井筒注浆帷幕设计参数。为取得黔南地区震旦系灯影组白云岩含水层帷幕注浆参数合理设计方法,运用理论分析、室内试验、工业性试验及工程类比等多种研究方法,对白云岩含水层溶蚀裂隙导水网络特征及黏土水泥浆扩散规律进行了系统分析,总结评价了灯影组含水层地面预注黏土水泥浆的可注性及其影响因素;然后充分考虑钻孔布设、压水试验成果、浆液配比及注浆效果检测等多方面因素,对黔南地区灯影组巨厚含水层立井井筒帷幕注浆参数进行了深入研究,结合类似工程案例确定了溶蚀型灯影组白云岩地面预注浆参数设计方法。研究结果表明:黏土水泥浆在灯影组含水层具有可注性,布孔间距宜取4.0~4.5 m,并推荐了黏土水泥浆成品浆液比例范围、稳定地层注浆段高70~100 m,破碎地层注浆段高30~50 m等注浆参数取值范围,注浆终止标准需同时满足设计注浆量和注浆终压要求。

     

    Abstract: The dolomite of the Dengying formation on the roof of the Sinian phosphorite layer in southern Guizhou is directly filled with water, and the hydrogeological conditions are complex, which are the main factors restricting mine construction. Ground pre-grouting technology is an effective means of preventing water in shafts. It has been successfully applied in coal mines, iron mines, lead-zinc mines and other mines. In view of the complexity of the hydrological conditions of the dissolution dolomite aquifer water diversion network, existing shafts cannot be copied the design parameters of grouting curtain. In order to obtain a reasonable design method for curtain grouting parameters of the dolomite aquifer in the Sinian Dengying formation in southern Guizhou, this paper used a variety of research methods such as theoretical analysis, laboratory tests, industrial tests, and engineering analogy to conduct analysis on the dissolution fissures of the dolomite aquifer. The characteristics of water network and the diffusion law of clay cement slurry were systematically analyzed, and the injectability of the pre-injected clay cement slurry on the surface of the Dengying group aquifer and its influencing factors were summarized and evaluated; Compared with the detection of grouting effect and other factors, the curtain grouting parameters of vertical shafts in the Dengying formation of southern Qiannan have been studied in depth, combined with similar engineering cases to determine the pre-grouting parameter design for the dissolution-type Dengying formation dolomite. The results show that the clay cement slurry is injectable in the aquifer of Dengying formation,the spacing between holes should be 4.0~4.5 m, and the range of grouting parameters such as the specific gravity range of the finished clay cement slurry, the height of the grouting section of stable formations of 70~100 m, and the height of 30~50 m of the grouting section of broken formations are recommended. The grouting termination criteria must also meet the design grouting volume and grouting final pressure requirements. The research results can provide a useful reference for the design of shaft water hazard prevention and control schemes for vertical shafts in dolomite aquifer of Dengying formation in southern Guizhou.
