煤矿固体废弃物流态化浆体充填技术

  • 摘要: 煤炭资源为我国工业和经济社会的发展提供了基础动力,但是其大规模的开采和利用带来了一系列环境问题。为解决我国煤炭行业普遍面临的固体废弃物排放、环境污染等难题,通过总结传统固体废弃物处理技术的发展历程和技术瓶颈,明确了新型处理技术的具体要求,并创新性地提出了流态化浆体充填技术构想,阐述了其内涵和优势,详细介绍了流态化浆体充填技术包含的6项核心技术:智慧管道输送、四维协同充填、高效精准制浆、采动覆岩钻进、全息远程控制和安全生产保障技术。在此基础上,提出了井下智能分选+就地制浆充填和智能化浆体充填2大技术发展方向,初步形成了煤矿固体废弃物流态化浆体充填技术架构,并结合实际案例予以说明。流态化浆体充填技术的提出为我国矿山企业提供了全新的固废处理方法,丰富了我国煤炭行业固体废弃物处理技术体系,为实现煤炭资源绿色开采、清洁利用和零废排放奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: Coal resources provide the basic power for the development of Chinese industry and economic society, but its large-scale mining and utilization has brought a series of environmental problems. In order to solve the problem of solid waste emission and environmental pollution commonly faced by Chinese coal industry, the specific requirement of the new solid waste treatment technology was clarified by summarizing the development course and technical bottleneck of traditional technology, and the technical conception of fluidization slurry backfilling technology was put forward innovatively, its technical connotation and advantages were expounded, six core technologies of fluidization slurry treatment technology were introduced in detail, Namely: intelligent pipeline transportation technology, four-dimensional collaborative filling technology, scientific and accurate pulping technology, mining overburden drilling technology, holographic remote control technology and safety production guarantee technology. On this basis, two development directions were put forward. including underground intelligent separation + on-site slurry backfilling and intelligent slurry backfilling. The technical framework of slurry treatment of solid waste logistics in coal mine was preliminarily formed, and the actual design case was given to illustrate. The proposal of fluidization slurryfilling technology provides a new solid waste treatment method for Chinese mining enterprises, which enriches the solid waste treatment technology system of coal industry in China, and lays a foundation for the realization of green mining, clean utilization and zero waste emission of coal resources.
