水溶性钠对高碱煤及模型化合物燃烧特性的影响

Effect of water-soluble sodium on combustion characteristics of high-alkali coal and model compounds

  • 摘要: 新疆准东高碱煤中钠、钙等碱金属和碱土金属含量高,其中钠分别以水溶态、醋酸铵态、盐酸态和不溶态4种形态存在。水溶态钠占比高达82%,易于水洗去除,且对燃烧过程挥发分的析出速度及对着火温度和燃尽温度有明显影响。为进一步探究水溶性钠对准东高碱煤燃烧特性的影响机制,利用差示扫描量热值仪与质谱联用仪(DSC-MS)开展燃烧试验,对比研究水溶性钠对准东脱灰煤(DC)及模型化合物(MH)燃烧特性的影响,分析着火温度、燃尽温度、最大燃烧速率、综合燃烧特性指数等燃烧特性参数,并采用Coats-Redfern积分法对燃烧反应进行动力学分析。结果表明:①MH与DC的平均失重速度和综合燃烧指数都有较好的一致性,可以利用模型化合物代替高碱煤开展燃烧特性及污染排的放特性研究;②钠对DC和MH的挥发分析出阶段无明显影响,主要促进了固定碳的燃烧;③动力学分析验证DC和MH的反应级数均为1级;④钠对DC及MH的挥发分析出及着火阶段(温度低于490 ℃和530 ℃)无明显影响,但对固定碳的燃烧起到进作用。

     

    Abstract: Xinjiang Zhundong high-alkali coal has a high content of sodium, calcium and other alkali metals and alkaline earth metals. Sodium in high-alkali coal exists in four forms, namely water-soluble state water-saluble state Na, ammonium acetate state, hydrochloric acid state and insoluble state, in which water-soluble state Na accounts for up to 82% that is easy to remove by water washing. water-soluble state Na has a significant impact on the precipitation rate of the volatiles in the combustion process, as well as on the ignition temperature and burnout temperature.To further study the effect mechanisms of Water-soluble state Na on the combustion characteristics of Zhundang deashed coal(DC),a differential scanning calorimeter and mass spectrometer (DSC-MS) were used to carry out combustion experiments.The DC and model coal(MH)were employed as comparative samples,and the ignition temperature,burnout temperature,maximum combustion rate,comprehensive combustion characteristic index and other combustion characteristic parameters were analysed.Besides,the reaction kinetics of combustion were calculated and analysed by Coats-Redfern integral method.The results show that the average weight loss rate and comprehensive combustion index of MH and DC are in good agreement,namely that model compounds can be used to replace high-alkali coal to study combustion characteristics and pollution emission characteristics.Secondly,sodium has no significant effect on the volatilization analysis stage of DC and MH,but promotes the combustion of fixed carbon.Thirdly,the kinetic analysis verified that the reaction order of DC and MH are level 1.Fourthly,it can be negligible that the effect of sodium on the devolatilization and ignition stage that correspond to the stage before 490 ℃ and 530 ℃,respectively,but it has a degree of effect on the combustion of fixed carbon.
