地铁长联络通道双侧冻结温度场及地表冻胀变形研究

Study on bilateral freezing temperature field and surface frost heaving deformation of long connected aisle of underground railway

  • 摘要: 依托福州市地铁2号线某区间长联络通道为工程背景,对双侧冻结模式下,地层冻结温度场和地表冻胀的发展规律进行研究。温度场实测分析表明:地层的温度场发展可分为3个时期,积极冻结前期土体温度迅速下降,开挖区和非开挖区冻结壁的发展速度比约为1.0∶1.1;积极冻结后期受相变潜热影响,降温减缓;维护冻结期土体降温趋于稳定,但开挖区受施工干扰,温度有一定程度回升。利用ANSYS有限元软件,考虑土体的相变潜热建立有限元模型,与温度实测值进行对比,说明2种方法得出规律基本一致。地表冻胀监测研究表明:联络通道地表冻胀的关键区域为通道中部,其地表隆起值与增长速度均大于硐口处,最终隆起值约为硐口处的1.28倍,并对该区域的地表冻胀的发展以及所在断面的冻胀分布进行拟合,拟合结果与实测相符。

     

    Abstract: Based on the long connected aisle of a section of Fuzhou Metro Line 2,the development rules of ground freezing temperature field and surface frost heave are studied under the double-sided freezing mode.The measured analysis of the temperature field shows that the temperature field development of the stratum can be divided into three periods. The temperature of the soil in the early stage of the positive freezing decreases rapidly,and the development rate of the frozen wall in the excavation area and the non-excavation area is about 1.1; the soil is slowly cooled by the latent heat of phase change in the later positive freezing; the temperature of the soil during the maintainable freezing period tends to be stable,but the excavation area is disturbed by construction,and the temperature has a certain degree of recovery. Using ANSYS finite element software and considering the latent heat of phase change of soil,the finite element model is established. Compared with the measured values of temperature,the two methods are basically consistent. The surface frost heave monitoring research shows that the key area of surface frost heaving of the connected aisle is the middle part which surface uplift value and growth rate are both larger than the hole mouth,and the final uplift value is about 1.28 times of the hole. Fitting the development of surface frost heaving in this area and the frost heave distribution of the section,the fitting results are consistent with the measured values.
