南芬露天铁矿边坡稳定性分析与牛顿力临滑智能预警

Evolution analysis of slope stability and intelligent early warning of Newton force in Nanfen Open-pit Iron Mine

  • 摘要: 为提高露天矿开采作业经济安全性,最大程度节省采矿成本提高采矿效益,全面提升边坡临滑预警监测的及时性,以发生多次巨型滑体的深部开采南芬露天铁矿为研究背景,通过对国内外高陡边坡稳定性分析与监测现状研究,探讨露天铁矿特有的边坡破坏模式,结合牛顿力临滑智能预警技术在南芬滑坡预警的成功应用,系统阐述了牛顿力临滑监测的可行性。针对南芬铁矿高陡边坡下盘存在大量失稳或潜在变形区的现象,在总结当前边坡3种破坏模式的基础上,基于MSARMA、GEO-SLOPE、Swedge数值计算软件对重点下盘区分析,结合何满潮院士的地质体灾变牛顿力变化定律,提出“NPR牛顿力滑坡监测为主体,长期阈值监测、短期临滑预警、后期变形现场勘测”三位一体的边坡稳定性智能监测预警防控技术,并在574、502平台巨型滑体崩塌临滑预测中得到应用。现场临滑预警表明:NPR预应力锚索增强边坡的稳定性,提高了监测系统的实时性,有效验证了三位一体边坡稳定性智能临滑预警技术的合理准确性,为露天矿的安全可持续开采,提出合理有效的应急控制措施。

     

    Abstract: To improve the economic safety of open-pit mining operations,save mining costs to the greatest extent, improve mining efficiency, and comprehensively enhance the timeliness of landslide pre-slip early warning monitoring,research background is the deep mining of Nanfen open pit iron mine with multiple occurrences of giant sliding bodies, and exploring the unique slope damage patterns of open-pit iron mines through research on the stability analysis and monitoring status of high and steep slopes in domestic and foreign,combined with the successful application of Newton force imminent slip intelligent warning technology in Nanfen landslide early warning, the feasibility of the Newton force imminent slip monitoring is systematically expounded.In view of the phenomenon of a large number of unstable or potentially deformed areas in the footwall of high and steep slope in Nanfen iron Mine, based on the summary of three damage modes of the current slope, the key footwall areas are analyzed based on the MSARMA, GEO-SLOPE and Swedge numerical calculation software, combined with the Newton’s force change law of geological body disaster by Academician He Manchao, innovatively proposes a trinity prevention and control technology of intelligent monitoring early warning for slope stability “NPR Newton’s force landslide monitoring as the main body, long-term threshold monitoring, short-term pre-slip early warning and post-deformation field survey”, it has been applied in the prediction of the collapse of giant sliding bodies on the 574 and 502 platforms.The field slip warning shows that NPR prestressed anchor cable enhances the stability of slope, improves the real-time performance of monitoring system, effectively verifies the reasonable accuracy of intelligent slip warning technology of trinity slope stability, and puts forward reasonable and effective emergency control measures for the safe and sustainable mining of open-pit mine.
