双碳背景下龙王沟煤矿新型绿色矿山建设

The new green mine construction in Longwanggou Coal Mine under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality

  • 摘要: 在我国大力推进“碳达峰、碳中和”的背景下,加快建设安全、高效、可持续发展的绿色矿山变得尤为迫切。因此,以龙王沟煤矿为例,建设了符合龙王沟煤矿的新型绿色矿山模式。通过对龙王沟煤矿的地区资源及矿井现状开展调研分析,综合考虑矿山存在的煤矸石堆存困难、采煤沉陷面积大以及风光资源丰富的特点,笔者对龙王沟煤矿煤矸石综合处理、采煤沉陷区治理和风光微电网建设的可行性及可操作性进行了研究,并结合龙王沟煤矿新型绿色矿山建设实况对未来绿色矿山发展提出了逐步向智能化靠近的展望。研究取得了以下成果:首次提出了龙王沟矿产资源生产—煤基固废回填—风光电网建设—生态环境修复—风能光能发电—矿产资源生产的新型绿色矿山资源开发内循环和“采-选-充-控-平-建”一体化的新型绿色矿山建设技术;构建了从煤矸石中提取高岭土,废矸石用于充填采煤沉陷区的煤矸石综合利用模式(实现了经济增益,处理了煤矸石约625.2万t);建设了清洁、低碳、安全的风光微电网(初步估算平均年上网电量约13 924.6万kW·h);减少了矿井二氧化碳排放量13 367.6万kg;治理并利用了采煤沉陷区土地面积1 060 m2。龙王沟新型绿色矿山建设大幅提高了矿区土地利用率,缓解了矿井用电压力,减少了二氧化碳排放量,从根源上解决了制约龙王沟煤矿发展的难题,为绿色矿山建设提供了新思路。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of vigorously promoting “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” in China, it is particularly urgent to accelerate the construction of safe, efficient and sustainable green mines. Therefore, this paper takes Longwanggou Coal Mine as an example and constructs a new green mine model in line with Longwanggou Coal Mine. Through the research and analysis of the regional resources of Longwanggou Coal Mine and the current situation of the mine, the feasibility and operability of comprehensive coal gangue treatment, coal mining subsidence area restoration and wind and solar energy microgrid construction of Longwanggou Coal Mine were studied by taking into account the difficulties of coal gangue storage, large coal mining subsidence area and rich wind and solar energy resources of the mine, and the outlook of the future development of green mines in combination with the construction of a new type of green mine in Longwanggou Coal Mine was put forward gradually towards intelligence. The following results have been achieved: for the first time, a new type of green mine resource development of Longwanggou mine is proposed: mineral resource production - coal-based solid waste backfill - wind and solar power grid construction - ecological environment restoration - wind and solar energy generation - mineral resource production. The new green mine construction technology integrated with “coal mining - coal sorting - filling - rock control - surface restoration - grid construction”; constructed a comprehensive utilization model of coal gangue extracting kaolin from coal gangue and waste gangue used to fill coal mining sinkhole (achieved economic gain and processed about 6 252 000 t of coal gangue); built a clean, low-carbon and safe wind and solar energy microgrid (preliminary estimate of average annual grid power about 139 246 000 kW·h); reduced CO2 emissions by 133 676 000 kg; managed and utilized 1060 square meters of land area in coal mining subsidence area. The construction of the new green mine in Longwanggou has significantly improved the land utilization rate of the mine, relieved the pressure of electricity consumption in the mine, reduced CO2 emissions, solved the problem that restricted the development of Longwanggou Coal Mine from the root, and provided a new idea for the construction of green mine.
