不同开采深度巷道围岩软化临界载荷研究

Study on Softening Critical Load of Surrounding Rock in Deep Mine Roadway Under Different Depth Conditions

  • 摘要: 为了研究巷道围岩软化临界载荷,建立不同广义围岩强度的数值模型,通过数值模拟计算分析,观察不同广义围岩强度在不同载荷作用下的破坏特征,重点研究了煤层周边3~5倍巷宽范围内的围岩在不同载荷作用下的破坏特征,通过不同强度围岩对载荷的力学响应分析,获得围岩的软化临界载荷,结果表明:直接顶、煤层、直接底的软化临界载荷为17.5~20.0、12.5~20.0、15.0~17.5 MPa,基本顶与基本底的情况相同,在所研究的开采深度范围内是巷道围岩稳定的。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the softening critical load of the surrounding rock in the mine roadway, a numerical model with different generalized surrounding rock st rength was established.With the analysis on the numerical simulation calculation, the failure features of the different generalized surrounding rock strength under the dif ferent load role were investigated.The paper had a study on the failure features of the surrounding rocks within 35 times wide than the mine roadway width around the s eam.With the analysis on the different strength surrounding rock affected to the load mechanics response, the softening critical load of the surrounding rock was obtain ed.The results showed that the softening critical load of the immediate roof was 17.520.0 MPa, the softening critical load of the seam was 12.520.0 MPa and the softeni ng critical load of the immediate floor was 15.017.5 MPa.The conditions of the basic roof and basic floor were same and the roof and floor within the mining depth scale were stable.
