平朔矿区近距离煤层采空区下巷道支护技术研究

Study on Support Technology of Gateway in Contiguous Seams Under Mining Goaf in Pingshuo Mining Area

  • 摘要: 为解决平朔矿区近距离煤层采空区下巷道支护难度大的问题,采用煤层地质力学测试、围岩结构观测、锚杆支护作用理论分析、数值模拟分析的方法,根据煤层巷道至上部采空区距离的不同,分别提出了"锚杆+短锚索"、"全长预应力锚杆"等以锚杆支护为主的巷道支护方案。结果表明:该锚杆支护方案能够满足近距离煤层采空区下巷道支护的要求,巷道断面整体收缩率较小,顶底板移近量为巷道掘进高度的0.69%,两帮移近量为巷道宽度的0.60%,浅部离层量为0.4 mm,深部无离层,锚杆预紧力为20~30 kN,锚索预紧力为76~84 kN,锚杆、锚索受力稳定,保证了近距离煤层采空区下巷道的稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the support dfficult problem of a gateway in contiguous seams under the mining goaf in Pingshuo Mining Area, a seam geological mech anics test, surrounding rock structure observation, theoretical analysis on bolt support role and numerical simulation analysis method were applied. According to the diff erent distance between the seam gateway to the upper mining goaf, the paper provided the bolt + short anchor, full length pre-stressed bolt mainly with bolt support. Th e results showed that the bolt support could meet the requirements of the gateway support in the contiguous seams under the goaf. The integrated convergence of the gateway was small, the roof and floor convergence was 0. 69% of the gateway driving height and the two sidewall convergence of the gateway was 0. 60% of the gatew ay width. A shallow bed separation was 0. 4 mm and a deep bed separation was zero. The bolt pretension was 20 ~ 30 kN, the anchor pretension was 76 ~ 84 kN and t he bolt and anchor loading was stable. AII above technologies could ensure the stability of the gateway in the contiguous seams under the mining goaf.
