急倾斜近距离煤层群巷道合理布置研究

Study on roadway reasonable layout in steeply inclined contiguous coal seams

  • 摘要: 为了研究急倾斜近距离煤层群巷道的合理布置,以赵家坝煤矿11号煤层31165和12号煤层31265工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、FLAC3 D数值模拟和现场实测的方法对工作面巷道的合理布置进行研究。研究结果表明:理论计算11号煤层煤柱宽度为10 m,现场实测下端头最大支承压力20.38 MPa,距离下端头10.1 m(运输巷宽3 m),上端头最大支承压力18.70MPa,距离上端头11.7 m(回风巷宽3 m)。最大支承压力范围和理论计算的煤柱宽度基本吻合;水平布置运输巷的垂直应力和剪切应力与内错布置运输巷的相似,较易维护,回风巷处于应力增高区且剪切应力较大,但增幅较小;现场实测12号煤层运输巷顶底板最大变形量189 mm,两帮最大变形量201 mm;回风巷顶底板最大变形量701 mm,两帮最大变形量651 mm。故确定12号煤层采用水平布置为最佳方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to study roadway reasonable layout of steeply inclined contiguous seams,taking No. 31165 working face of No.11 coal seam and No. 31265 workin g face of No.12 coal seam in Zhaojaba Coal Mine as engineering background,the paper studyed on roadway reasonable layout at working face by using theoretical analys is,numerical simulation software FLAC3 Dand site measurement. The research results showed that coal pillar width of No.11 coal seam was 10 m by theoretical calculatio n,the maximum support pressure of lower end was 20.38 MPa,the distance was 10. 1 m from lower end( the width of haulage gateway was 3 m),the maximum support pres sure of upper end was 18. 70 MPa and the distance was 11. 7 m from upper end( the width of return airway was 3 m) by theoretical calculation. The maximum support pres sure range was basically consistent with theoretical calculation width of coal pillar. Vertical stress and shear stress of horizontal arrangement haulage gateway was simlar t 0 internal misaligned arrangement roadway's,roadway maintenance was easier,return airway was in stress increased area and shear stress was larger,but the increased le vel was smaller. The maximum roof and floor deformation was 189 mm and roadway sides was 201 mm of haulage gateway,the maximum roof and floor deformation was 7 01 mm and roadway sides was 651 mm of return airway in No. 12 coal seam by site measurement. So the paper determined to use horizontal layout as the best option in N o.12 coal seam.
