综放工作面采空区注氮量与氧化自燃带分布关系

Relationship between oxidized spontaneous combustion zone and nitrogen injection quantity in goaf of fully-mechanized top coal caving mining face

  • 摘要: 为了防止柳塔煤矿12201综放工作面在推进过程中发生采空区遗煤自燃,采用COMSOL Multiphysics模拟软件研究了不同注氮量条件下采空区氧化自燃带的分布规律。研究结果表明:随着注氮量的增大,氧化自燃带的起始位置沿着工作面方向移动,但整体受注氮量的影响不大,氧化自燃带的终止位置受注氮影响较大,明显向工作面方向移动,导致氧化自燃带的宽度逐渐减小;注氮量与氧化自燃带宽度近似满足幂指数关系,经计算得出最佳注氮量为860 m3/h,此时的氧化自燃带宽度为55 m。

     

    Abstract: in order to prevent the spontaneous combustion o.cured of coal let in the goaf during the face pushing forward of No.12201illy-mechanized top coal caving mining face in Liuta Mine, COMSOL Multphysics software was applied to studythe distributon law of oxidized spontanecus combution zone in thegoar ner thecondtion of different nirogen injecion quanit .The study resut showed that with the ntrogen injecion quantify increased,the ntial location of the owdized sponianeus combustion zone was moved along th direction of the coal mining face,ut it was not highly infuenced by the ntragen infecion quantitythe feminal ocation of theoxidized sponaneous combution was ighly infuenced by the ntirogen inje ction and was obviousiy moved forward to the direction of the coal mining face and thus thewiath of the oxidized spomtaneous combustion zone was seadil reduced. The ntragen injecion quanity and the oxidized spomtaneous combustion zone with coud approximately meet the relationshipo of the power exponent.T'he optimum nirogen inj ction quantty calculated was 860 mi3 h and the width of the oxidized spontaneouscombustion zone was 55 m.
