煤矿井下灾区快速密闭技术及装备研究

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿火灾、瓦斯爆炸等热动力灾害严重威胁着煤矿安全生产和作业人员的生命安全的问题,通过分析火灾发生机理和瓦斯爆炸冲击波区域破坏效应,构建采煤工作面瓦斯冲击波压力的数据模型,提出抗冲击密闭装置受冲击波强度计算方法,确定密闭装置设计强度;根据煤矿井下多装备复杂巷道情况,合理设计出组合式模块化密闭装置结构,保证密闭装置的密封效果和抗冲击能力满足要求;利用灾害环境及可视化监测技术,设置电控、气控、手动三种控制方式,实现了远程控制快速隔离密闭灾区;经过实验室试验和现场工业试验,采集试验数据,验证该装备及技术能够实现远程控制快速密闭且具备良好的抗冲击能力,符合煤矿快速阻害治灾理念。解决了工作面多装备复杂巷道内火、瓦斯等各类灾害的快速密闭难题,建立了煤矿主动防控减体系,保障了救灾人员的安全。

     

    Abstract: In view of coal mine fire, gas explosion thermodynamic disasters such as a serious threat to the coal mine safety in production and life safety of workers, by studying the mechanism of fire and gas explosion shock wave attenuation rule, construct the shock wave pressure data model, airtight device by shock wave strength calculation method is put forward, in order to determine an airtight device design strength.According to the strength and roadway equipment, the structure of the airtight device should be designed reasonably to ensure that the sealing effect and impact resistance of the airtight device meet the design requirements. The disaster environment and visual monitoring technology are used to set up three control methods: electric control, air control and manual control to realize remote control, rapid isolation and airtight disaster areas. Through laboratory test and field industrial test, test data were collected to verify that the equipment and technology can realize remote control, fast airtight and have good impact resistance. It has solved the problem of fast airtight of fire and gas and other kinds of disasters in multi-equipment complex roadway, established the active prevention and control reduction system of coal mine, and ensured the safety of disaster relief personnel.
