Abstract: According to exist some problems such as great error in the ingredients, high failure rate in the present system of flling paste preparation and pump mo nitoring, based on the PROFIBUS-DP field bus, designed the new system of flling paste preparation and pump monitoring, the system could realize the whole process's automatic monitoring including flling pulp raw material ingredient weighing, mixing and pumping.The paste flling mining practice in Fengfeng Group showed that the co ntrol system effectively improved the productivity and the relability of flling paste preparation and pumping.
