  • 摘要: 根据液压支架电液控制系统在国内外的应用现状,介绍了综采工作面液压支架电液控制系统的组成和功能,并自主设计了液压支架控制器、采煤机位置检测系统、巷道主机和本质安全型网络。实际的推广应用表明液压支架电液控制系统可实现液压支架就地控制、远程监控及其配套设备跟机自动控制。

     

    Abstract: According to the application status of the electric and hydraulic control system for the hydraulic powered support at home and abroad, the paper introduc ed the composition and functions of the electric and hydraulic control system for the hydraulic powered supports applied to the fully mechanized coal mining face.Also t he hydraulic powered support controller, the coal shearer position detection system, the gateway host computer and the intrinsic safe network were self-designed.The a ctual promotion application showed that the electric and hydraulic control system could make the on site control of the hydraulic powered support, the remote control of the hydraulic powered support and the automatic control of the matched equipment after the coal shearer advanced.
