复合改性淀粉水煤浆分散剂的制备及作用机理分析
Preparation of coal water slurry dispersant based compound modification starch and its mechanism analysis

摘要: 为了制备高浓度、低黏度、高稳定性的水煤浆,选取廉价的淀粉为原料,利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠为酯化剂制备十二烷基苯磺酸淀粉酯,再以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,最终合成水煤浆用分散剂氧化十二烷基苯磺酸淀粉酯。通过红外光谱对分散剂结构进行了表征,并对水煤浆的表观黏度、流变性和静态稳定性进行了测定。结果表明:合成的复合改性淀粉分散剂对水煤浆具有良好的分散性,当分散剂的用量(质量分数)为0.5%、水煤浆质量分数达69%时,水煤浆仍具有很好的分散性和稳定性,其表观黏度为1 187 m Pa·s,静置7 d后的析水率为5.61%。Abstract: In order to prepare high concentration, low viscosity and high stability of coal water slurry, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid starch ester was synthesised w ith starch as raw material, sodium dodecyI benzene sulfonate as esterification agent, oxidized dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid starch ester was prepared by oxidation pro cess with potassium permanganate as oxidant. The structure of the dispersant was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, and the apparent viscosit y, rheology and static stability of the coal water slurry were measured. The results showed that the dispersant had good dispersion to coal water slurry. When the disper sant dosage was 0.5% and the concentration of coal water slurry was up to 69%, the coal water slurry had good dispersion and stability. The apparent viscosity was 1 1 87 m Pa:s, and the water content was 5.61%.
