Abstract:
In order to fill in a blank of no test verification platform applied to the development and design on the complete fully-mechanized mining and excavation e quipments in China coal mine, according to the real working environment in the underground coal mine, a 1 : 1 scale test platform of the complete advance fully-mech anized mining equipment was established on the surface ground. The paper stressed the study and discussion on the test platform construction plan of the key mechani cs parameters for the complete equipment of the coal shearer and coal plough and had a study on the theory and key technology. The platform could realize the test an d measurements on the tension of the hydraulic pull rod, the stress and train on the key cross sections of the ranging arm, the torque of the cutting drum, the vibration f eatures of the sprocket, the mechanics parameters of the scraper conveyor, the efficiency of the coal plough, the working power of the coal plough and other parameter s. With the test results of vibration features for the cutting unit of the coal shearer as the example, a study was conducted on the relationship between the cutting featur es. With the test results of No.26 hydraulic powered support, an evaluation was conducted on the performance features. The results showed that the test platform resul ts of the advance and complete fully-mechanized coal mining equipment were reliable and could timely handle the performance parameters and structure parameters of the complete fully-mechanized mining equipment in order to improve the working performances of the fully-mechanized equipment and to provide the design, manufactu ring and inspection technology support to the complete fully-mechanized mining equipment.
