炼焦中煤再选技术试验研究

  • 摘要: 为解决我国炼焦用煤短缺问题,扩大炼焦煤资源,以马头选煤厂重介选中煤(粒级50~0mm,灰分36.63%)为研究对象,对其进行了破碎,大锥角旋流器分选以及分步释放试验。采用Leica DM4500P反射显微镜,对中煤与不同密度级产品进行显微组分分析。结果表明:对于嵌布粒度细的马头中煤,采用大锥角旋流器难以得到有效分选;采用分步释放试验可以得到灰分为13.40%,产率为12.85%的精煤。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the shortage problem of coking coal in China and to expand the coking coal resources, taking the heavy medium prepared middlings (wi th a particle size of 50~ 0 mm and ash content of 36.63%) from Matou Coal Preparation Plant as the study object, the experiments on the crushing, high cone angle cyc lone separation and step by step releasing were conducted.The Leica DM4500P reflection microscope was applied to the micro component analysis on the middlings an d the different density products.The results showed that the fine particle middlings form Matou Coal Preparation Plant could be effectively separated with the high cone angle cyclone.With the step by step releasing experiment, the ash content would be 13.4% and the production rate of the cleaned coal would be 12.85%.
