大采高综采自动化系统设计与应用

Design and Application on Automation System of Fully- Mechanized High Cutting Height Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为解决大采高综采工作面大型设备多、采煤工艺复杂等问题,采用大采高综采自动化系统,以提高工作面自动化水平和生产效率,论述了大采高综采自动化系统的控制目标与系统组成,详细介绍地面监控系统、网络传输系统和就地监控系统的组成和作用。从采煤机进刀时间、割煤平整程度、移架行程、移架时间、支架初撑力、刮板输送机推进效果和系统监测等方面,分析了大采高自动化系统在王庄煤矿8101工作面的应用效果,结果表明,进刀时间稳定、割煤平整,移架到位率达92.8%,移架时间相比人工移架提升29.2%,支架初撑力提升11.4%,刮板输送机到位率100%,监测系统效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve to many large equipments, complicated coal mining technics, an automation system of the fully- mechanized high cutting coal mining fa ce was applied to improve a production automatic level and production efficiency. The paper stated control target and system composition of the automation system app lied to the fully- mechanized high cutting coal mining face and in detail explained the composition and function of the surface monitoring and control system, network tra nsmission system and site monitoring and control system.From a feed time of the coal shearer, smooth degree of the coal cutting, each pushing stroke of the powered s upport, each pushing time, initial support force of the powered support, pushing forward effect of the scraper conveyor, system monitoring and measuring and others, a comparison and analysis were conduced on the application effect of the automation system applied to the No. 8101 fully- mechanized high cutting coal mining face in W angzhuang Mine. The results showed that the feed time was stable, coal cutting was smooth, in position rate of the powered support pushing forward was 92.8%, the p owered support pushing time was improved with 29. 2% higher than the manual pushing forward, the initial support force of the powered support was improved with 11. 4%,the in position rate of the scraper conveyor was100% and the results of the monitoring and measuring were good.
