基于程序升温的煤低温氧化表观活化能试验研究

Study on coal low temperature oxidized apparent activation energy based on programmed temperature rising

  • 摘要: 为了鉴定玉华长焰煤、安山不黏煤和华丰气肥煤这3种不同变质程度煤样的自燃倾向性,利用程序升温试验,建立了耗氧速率与煤体温度之间的阿伦尼乌斯公式并对其进行对数处理得到活化能方程,分析该方程的线性回归直线斜率并计算出煤样低温氧化表观活化能,再采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对煤样的表面分子结构进行了分析,揭示了不同变质煤样自燃倾向性差异的原因。结果表明:在3种试验煤样中,随着变质程度的加深,表观活化能呈现出逐渐增大的趋势,自燃倾向性降低;随着变质程度的加深,煤样表面分子结构中有利于自燃的基团减少,不利于自燃的基团增大,导致自燃倾向性逐渐降低。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify the spontaneous combustion tendency of three different metamorphic grade coal samples, including Yuhua long flame coal, Anshan non e stick coal and Huafeng gas and fat coal, a programmed temperature rising test was applied to establish an Arrhenius formula between the oxygen consumption rate a nd the coal temperature and the activation energy equation was obtained from the logarithmic treatment method. The linear regression straight line gradient of the equa tion was analyzed and the low temperature oxidized apparent activation energy of the coal sample was calculated. Then the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer wa s applied to the analysis on the surface molecule structure of the coal sample and to reveal the causes of the spontaneous combustion tendency differences with defere nt metamorphic coal samples. The results showed that in the three test coal samples, with the metamorphic degree increased, the apparent activation energy would be i n a steadily increased tendency and the spontaneous combustion tendency would be decreased. With the metamorphic degree increased, in the surface molecule struct ure of the coal sample, the favorable spontaneous combustion groups would be reduced, the unfavorable spontaneous combustion groups would be increased and thus the spontaneous combustion tendency would be steadily reduced.
