Application and Turning Design on Belt Conveyor to Rotary Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对旋转综采工作面旋采期间运煤系统存在的转向问题,对潘北煤矿12124综采工作面原带式输送机进行了转弯改造。根据运输巷内DSJ100/130/2×200型带式输送机的参数、特征及空间位置等,确定了带式输送机合理的转弯半径,并对转弯处带式输送机进行内曲线抬高及安装调向托辊等,实现了带式输送机在运输巷转向地点的平缓过渡,保证了综采工作面旋采期间的正常出煤。

     

    Abstract: According to the turning problem of the coal conveying system occurred during a rotary mining period of rotary fully-mechanized coal mining face, a retu ning reform was conducted on the previous belt conveyor applied to No. 12124 fully-mechanized coal mining face in Panbei Mine. According to the parameters, feature s, space location and others of the DSJ100/130/2 x 200 belt conveyor in the headentry, a rational turning radius of the belt conveyor was determined. An internal curve I ifting and the directional adjusted roller installation was conducted at the turning point of the belt conveyor. A gently transition of the belt conveyor was realized at the tu rning point of the conveying gateway to ensure the normal coal conveying during the rotary mining period.
