潘三矿13-1煤层水力冲孔试验研究

  • 摘要: 为考察潘三矿13-1突出煤层水力冲孔技术措施的消突效果,基于13-1煤层的赋存条件,介绍了潘三矿-650 m东四运输大巷利用穿层钻孔进行水力冲孔试验的过程,研究了水力冲孔的冲出煤量、风流中瓦斯浓度、考察孔瓦斯流量、瓦斯抽采半径和冲孔前后瓦斯抽采流量变化等5个方面。结果表明:在单孔每米冲出煤量达到2.0~3.0 t时,13-1煤层瓦斯抽采半径达到4.5 m,考察孔瓦斯流量为冲孔前的10倍以上,瓦斯流量衰减系数仅为冲孔前的30%,在冲孔控制区域内煤体得到卸压,煤层瓦斯含量降低了近70%,释放了煤层的突出潜能,取得了明显的卸压增透效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the outburst elimination effect of the technical measures for the hydraulic borehole flushing in No. 13-1 outburst seam of Pansan M ine, based on No.13-1 seam deposit conditions, the paper introduced the hydraulic borehole flushing trial with the borehole drilling through strata in-650 m East No.4 tra nsportation roadway of Pansan Mine.The paper had a study on the coal cutting quantity from the hydraulic borehole flushing, the gas content of the air flow, the gas flo W in the chock borehole, the gas drainage radius and the comparison with the gas drainage flow before and after the hydraulic borehole flushing.The results showed tha t when the coal cutting quantity per mater from a single borehole reached 2.0 ~ 3.0 t, the influence radius of the hydraulic borehole flushing in No. 13-1 seam would be 4.5 m.the gas flow from the check borehole would be over 10 times than before the hydraulic borehole flushing conducted the attenuation coefficient of the gas flow Wo uld be only 30% before the hydraulic borehole flushing.Within the hydraulic borehole flushing control region, the pressure in the coal body was released, the gas conten t of the seam was reduced about 70%, the outburst potential energy was released and the obvious effect of the pressure released and permeability improved was obtain ed.
