Practices on Face Width Shortening Coal Mining of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对开滦矿区煤炭资源匮乏、在边角余煤及地质条件复杂区域内布置不规则工作面越来越多的现状,在东欢坨矿2087和荆各庄矿0091两个综采工作面进行了不同缩面方式开采试验,通过合理工程组织,采取缩面收尾期间缩面段端头网、绳、梁超前创造条件及2种缩面方式下缩面端头相应空间加打木垛等措施加强缩面段端头顶板控制,解决了不规则综采工作面缩面端头顶板控制的技术难题。实践表明:综采工作面缩面开采,不论工程组织还是矿压显现,先拆后采方式均优于先采后拆方式,此实践可为以后的综采工作面缩面开采方式选择提供借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: According to the coal resource shortages in Kailuan Mining Area and the status of more and more abnormal coal mining faces layout in the boundary cor ner seam and the geological condition complicated area, a trial mining with different face width shortening method was conducted in No.2087 fully mechanized coal mini ng face of Donghuantuo Mine and No.0091 fully mechanized coal mining face of Jingezhuang Mine. With the rational engineering organization, during the face width sho rtening terminal period, the steel mesh, wire and beam was applied to create the pilot conditions at the face width shortening ends and two face width shortening modes were applied to set the timber packs and other measures at the related spaces of the downward width shortening face end to reinforce the roof control at the end of the face width section and to solve the technical problems of the roof control at the face ends of the abnormal fully mechanized coal mining face. The practices showed that the fully mechanized coal mining face with the face width shortening mining, whatever the engineering organization or the mine pressure behaviors, the first removal an d then mining mode would be better than the first mining and then removal mode.The practices could provid the references to the selection of the face width shortening mining mode for the fully mechanized coal mining face.
