强动压大变形巷道群围岩加固技术研究

Study on surrounding rock reinforcement technology of strong mine dynamic pressure large deformation roadway group

  • 摘要: 针对窄煤柱密集巷道群受采动影响后围岩破碎难以支护的难题,采用现场围岩窥视、理论分析和井下试验的方法,分析研究了巷道群围岩变形破坏的机理、特征及加固措施。研究结果表明:窄煤柱巷道群处于应力集中区,受强动压影响后,巷道顶板围岩发生离层、错动和裂隙张开等不连续变形,导致围岩的大变形失稳,破坏位置主要集中在两帮和底板。据此采取注浆维持围岩完整性和锚索主动支护恢复围岩自承能力的综合加固措施,使巷道底鼓量仅为32 mm,两帮移近量为28 mm,有效地控制了巷道群围岩的大变形。

     

    Abstract: According to the urgent reinforcement difficulty of broken surrounding rock in intensive roadway group with narrow coal pillars influenced by mining activitie s,the site peep,theoretical analysis and underground test method were applied to analyze and study surrounding rock deformation and failure mechanics,features and reinf orcement measures of roadway group. The study results showed that mine roadway group with narrow coal pillars were in the stress concentrated zone. Influenced by high dynamic pressure,the surrounding rock of roadway would have further bed separation,dislocation motion,crack opening and other discontinuous deformation and thus the I arge deformation and stability lost of surrounding rock occurred. The failure locations were mainly concentrated at the two sidewalls,roof and floor.Therefore,a comprehensi ve reinforced measures with the grouting to recover the integration of surrounding rock and the anchor active support to recover the self loading capacity of surrounding ro ck were provided. The floor heave value of roadway was 32 mm,the convergence between two sidewalls was 28 mm and the surrounding rock high deformation of roadway was effectively controlled.
