冻结立井外壁竖向钢筋应力受温度影响规律研究

Study on temperature influence law to vertical steel bar stress in external shaft liner of mine freezing shaft

  • 摘要: 为了确保大海则煤矿井筒冻结施工安全,通过对井壁受力和温度进行信息化监测,获得外壁竖向钢筋应力和井壁横截面温度,并对外壁竖向钢筋应力与温度的关系进行线性回归分析。结果表明:外壁竖向钢筋应力随着井壁温度的变化可以分为6个阶段,应力与温度呈负相关性,在温度极值处应力也相应达到极值;监测期间外壁竖向钢筋处于安全状态;在显著性水平为0.05的条件下,外壁竖向钢筋应力与温度的相关系数为0.921 6~0.969 9,井壁浇筑完成后,外壁竖向钢筋的84.78%以上应力可以由温度应力来解释,温度应力是影响外壁竖向钢筋应力的主要因素,其中约束温度应力是最主要的影响因素,自生温度应力是次要因素。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure a safety construction of the mine freezing shaft in Dahaize Mine,with the monitoring and measuring on the stress of the mine shaft liner,th e vertical steel bar stress of the mine shaft external liner and the transverse cross section temperature of the mine shaft liner were obtained. A linear regressive analysis W as conducted on the relationship between the vertical steel bar stress and temperature factors of the mine shaft external liner. The results showed that the vertical steel bar stress of the external liner varied with the liner temperature could be divided to six stages,the stress and temperature were in a negative relativity,the stress in the temperat ure limit reached the limit and the vertical steel bar in the external liner was in a safety status during the monitoring and measuring period. Under a obvious level of 0. 05,th e relevant coefficient between the vertical steel bar stress and the temperature was 0.921 6 ~ 0.969 9. After the concreting of the mine shaft liner completed,over 84. 78% of the vertical steel bar stress in the external liner would be released by the temperature stress and the temperature stress would be the main factor affected to the vertical steel bar stress in the external liner. Among them,the restricted temperature stress would be the main influence factor and the self temperature stress would be the second ary factor.
