Automation Technology of Dilling Rod Friction Welding for Gas Drainage in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻杆需求量大、钻杆摩擦焊接加工自动化程度低、劳动强度大、工作效率低并存在一定的安全隐患问题,设计采用工业机器人及分料机构实现钻杆摩擦焊接自动化生产。结合生产现场已有布局,综合考虑工作空间、有效负载、运动精度等基本参数,选取了合适的工业机器人。根据钻杆的特点及存放方式,设计了三轴提升机构的硬件和软件系统,实现了对集中存放钻杆的分料功能,方便机器人夹取;并将摩擦焊机、工业机器人和三轴提升机构的控制系统进行了集成。

     

    Abstract: The consumption demand of the gas drainage drill pipe for coal mine is huge, previous drill pipe friction welding process mainly rely on manual loading a nd unloading which would cause labor-intensive, low working efficiency and a certain security risk.This essay describes the automatic drill pipe friction welding producti on system combined industrial robot with distributor mechanism.Firstly based on the production site layout, the basic parameters, including the working space, the payl oad and the movement accuracy was considered to select appropriate industrial robots.According to the characteristics of the drill pipe and the storage methods, the au thors designed the triaxial lifting mechanism hardware and software systems, which realized the distributing function and made it convenient for the robot to pick up the drilling rod.Finally, the friction welding machine, industrial robot and the control system of triaxial lting mechanism were integrated.
