复采综放工作面火灾原因分析及防灭火措施

Fire Prevention and Control Measures as well as Fire Cause Analysis for Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving

  • 摘要: 分析了红会一矿复采综放工作面的3起火灾事故,通过研究分析堵漏风、直接消除可燃物、注水降温、布孔注浆和注氮防灭火的作用、缺点及适用条件,提出了小煤矿采空区采取复喷复灌堵漏、预插管火区预测预报、爆破弱化区域采前预灌等预防小煤矿破坏区自燃措施,以及消火道或钻孔高位注浆、喷浆包帮包底堵漏消除工作面内火灾、预埋管低位注浆、高位注氮消除采空区火灾的治理方案。

     

    Abstract: The paper had an analysis on three fire disaster accidents occurred in the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of seam recovery mining in Hong hui No.1 Mine. With the study and analysis on the function, disadvantages, suitable application conditions and other problems of the air leakage sealing, directly eliminat ion of the combusted material, temperature cooling with water injection, borehole grouting and fire prevention and control with nitrogen injection, the re-spraying-re-grou ting sealing in the goaf of the small mine, the fire zone prediction and forecast with pre-buried tubes, pre-grouting before mining in the blasting weaken zone and other spontaneous combustion prevention measures for the failure zone of the small mine were provided including the control plan of the fire extinguishing gateway, borehole high level grouting, rib and floor spraying for air leakage and coal mining face fire disaster elimination, pre-buried tube for lower level grouting, high level nitrogen injecti on to eliminate the fire disaster in goaf.
