消除矿井瓦斯抽采空白带方法的研究

  • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿瓦斯抽采过程中,抽采钻孔有效影响范围随时间不断变化,煤与瓦斯突出效果检验指标经常超限等问题,研究了抽采时间、钻孔间距和瓦斯抽采有效影响半径的关系,发现延长抽采时间和缩短抽采钻孔布置间距等2种方法可以有效消除抽采区域的突出危险性,但是延长抽采时间可能会造成采、掘、抽失衡。因此,针对九里山煤矿的煤层赋存条件,在突出煤层中加密了抽采钻孔布置,将抽采钻孔布置间距由传统的2倍抽采有效影响半径缩短为槡2倍,结果表明:缩短抽采钻孔布置间距可有效消除抽采空白带,降低效检指标超标率,预防和消除在掘进过程中的煤与瓦斯突出危险性,提高巷道掘进速度。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the effective influence range of the gas drainage borehole varied with the time, the inspection index of the coal and gas outburst effect f requently over the limit and other problems occurred during the mine gas drainage process, the paper had a study on the relationship between the gas drainage time, th e borehole space and the effective influence radius of gas drainage. The study showed that prolonged the gas drainage time and reduced the space of gas drainage bor ehole layout could effectively eliminate the outburst danger of the gas drainage region, but prolonged the gas drainage time would cause a balance lost in the mining, e xcavation and gas drainage of the mine.Therefore, according to the seam deposit conditions in Jiulishan Mine, the gas drainage borehole layout was enhanced in the 0 utburst seam and the space between the gas drainage boreholes was reduced from the traditional two times of the effective influence radius of gas drainage to 2 times. The results showed that reduce space of the gas drainage borehole layout could effectively eliminate the blank zone of the gas drainage, could reduce the over index ra te of the inspection index, could prevent and eliminate the danger of the coal and gas outburst during the mine gateway driving and could improve the driving speed of t he mine gateway.
