L型地面钻孔注浆技术在矿井水害防治中的应用

Grouting technology of L type surface borehole applied to water disaster prevention in mine

  • 摘要: 为治理辛安矿216采区可能发育有隐伏的陷落柱、断层和裂隙等导水构造的水害区域,以大青灰岩含水层为目的层,在地面施工定向多分支水平注浆钻孔,进行区域水文地质探查与全面预注浆加固治理,完成查明水文地质情况、封堵奥灰水导水通道的基本任务,大幅降低煤层底板的突水概率,提高了井下探巷掘进及采区回采的安全性。工程共设计钻孔16个,目前已完成1个主孔,6个分支孔,钻孔水平段最长达1 031 m,单孔水泥用量达3 280 t。钻孔质量、注浆质量均达到矿方要求,注浆工艺参数达到或超过相应技术指标。

     

    Abstract: In order to control the water disaster area with the conceal sink hole, fault, cracks and other water flow structure possibly developed in No.216 mining bl ock of Xin'an Mine, based on an aquifer in Daqing limestone as a target layer, directional multi branch horizontal grouting boreholes were drilled at the surface ground, t he regional hydrologic exploration and full pre-grouting reinforced control were conducted and the basic mission of the Ordovician limestone water flowing channel of th e hydrological condition was completed.The water inrush probability of the seam floor was highly reduced and the safety of the underground roadway heading and the mining in the mining block was improved. There were 16 boreholes totally designed of the project. At present, the project has completed one main borehole, six branch b oreholes. The drilling horizontal section for up to 1 031 meters, the cement dosage of single hole reached 3 280 tons. The borehole quality and grouting quality were all met with the requirements of the mine owner and the grouting technical parameters were reached or over the relevant technical indexes.
