平煤十矿地应力场测试技术研究

Study on Measuring and Test Technology of Ground Stress Field in No.10 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group

  • 摘要: 为解决平煤十矿深部开采过程中出现的地压灾害问题,采用套孔应力解除法对矿区深部地应力场进行了研究。在矿区4个区域,11个测点进行地应力测量,结合实验室的围压试验和温度补偿试验,计算出各测点的三维地应力大小和方向,构建了深部地应力场模型。根据实测结果对深部地应力的分布规律进行了分析,得出了该矿区地应力场以水平构造应力为主导,且最大水平主应力走向为北东向,与区域构造应力场的最大主应力方向一致;垂直主应力值等于或稍大于自重应力;最大水平主应力、最小水平主应力和垂直主应力值均随深度呈线性增长的关系。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the mine pressure disaster problems occurred in the mining process at the deep section of No.10 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Gr oup, a casing stress releasing method was applied to study the stress field in the deep section of the mine.In the four regions of the mining area, the ground stress mea surements were conducted on 11 measuring points.In combination with the surrounding rock pressure test and temperature compensation test in the lab, the 3D ground stress and stress direction of each measuring point calculated was applied to establish the ground stress filed model in the deep section of the mine .According to the ac tual measured results, an analysis was conducted on the distribution law of the ground stress in the deep section of the mine. The ground stress field of the mining area would be the horizontal structure stress mainly, the strike of max horizontal main stress was in a north-east strike and was the same to the max main stress direction of the regional structure stress field.The vertical main stress value would be or a litle higher than the self weight stress.The max horizontal main stress, the min horizontal main stress and the vertical main stress value would have a relationship to be increased in linear with depth increased.
