Present Status and Outlook on Rapid Heading Technology of Mine Rock Roadway in China Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了提高我国煤矿岩巷的掘进速度和机械化水平,扭转采掘失调局面,介绍了目前我国煤矿3种机械化作业线的技术现状及特点,借鉴国外经验分析了岩巷快速掘进的技术趋势,研究提出了2种岩巷快速掘进机械化作业线,即液压钻车配侧卸装岩机和掘进机配梭式矿车、带式输送机,并对2种作业线的优缺点及适用条件进行了分析,指出了岩巷快速掘进应优先发展第1种钻爆法岩巷机械化快速作业线,研究其施工工艺及技术装备问题,解决国内岩巷掘进施工中的普遍性问题。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the heading speed and mechanization level of the mine rock roadway in China coal mine and to solve the disproportion situation bet ween mining and excavation of the coal mining face,the technical status and features of the three mechanized operation lines were introduced manly in China coal min e.With references of the domestic and overseas experiences,the technical tendency of the mine rock roadway rapid heading was analyzed.The study provided two rapid mechanized heading operation lines of the mine rock roadway and analyed out the advantages and disadvantages as well as the suitable application conditions of the t Wo heading operation lines.The two heading operation lines were the hydraulic drilling rig with the side dumping loader and the mine roadheader with the shuttle cars a nd belt conveyor.The paper pointed out that the first rapid mechanized operation line with the drilling and blasting method should be developed for the rapid heading of t he mine rock roadway in first priority.The construction technique and technical equipment issues should be studied to sovle the general problems of the domestic mine「 oadway heading.
