过大落差断层组管棚锚索联合支护技术

Technology of pipe shield and anchor combined support to pass through high drop fault formation

  • 摘要: 为解决巷道在穿过大落差断层组时顶底板松软破碎,巷道变形严重且支护异常困难等难题,以顾北煤矿F104断层组为研究对象,进行了管棚锚索联合支护过大落差断层组的设计与实际工程应用研究,采用管棚加预注浆超前支护配合掘后锚索强化、注浆补强及浇注混凝土加固等分步联合支护方法,并给出了详细的设计参数与施工工序。结果表明:在现场应用中能有效控制巷道围岩变形,实现巷道安全快速掘进;随着时间的推移,巷道围岩达到新的平衡,巷道总体变形量不大,可以满足工程实际使用需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the soft and broken roof and floor,serious deformed roadway and extremely difficult support and other difficult problem during the mine roa dway passed through a high drop fault formation,based on No. F 104 fault formation of Gubei Mine as a study object,a design and actual engineering applied study was con ducted on the pipe shield and anchor combined support for the mine roadway passed through the high drop fault formation. A pipe shield + pre-grouting advance support wi th the bolt 1 anchor intensification after the excavation of the mine roadway,grouting strength compensation and pouring concrete reinforcement and other step combined s upport method were applied and the detail design parameters and construction procedure were provided. The results showed that the combined support technology applied to the site could effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of the mine roadway and could realize the safety and rapid excavation of the mine roadway. With the ti me passed,the surrounding rock of the mine roadway reached a new balance ,the general deformation of the mine roadway was not high and the actual applied requirement s of the project were applied.
