焦煤产尘粒径分布特征与产尘规律分析

摘要: 针对焦煤采掘作业时,粉尘危害严重的问题,以山东鲁西矿区受地质构造影响的焦煤为研究对象,考虑原生煤尘特点,通过单轴抗压产尘试验,发现焦煤的原生煤尘产尘量与焦煤单轴抗压强度相关;试验取样区域煤层中部受煤质等因素影响产尘率最高,岩浆侵蚀影响区产尘率较高,岩浆侵蚀及断层等地质条件使得特征粒径D10变小;重力落锤试验表明,相同能量下焦煤产尘能力大于对比煤样烟煤,细小颗粒粉尘所占比例与落锤能量有关,据此提出了粒径范围在20.02~34.82μm时重力落锤产尘比例接近的"能量产尘粒径拐点"概念;研究认为尘粒主要集中于"能量产尘粒径拐点"附近。现场落尘特征粒度分析规律表明,断层及采掘截割工艺影响各采样点的特征粒度,采煤机落尘粒径分布特征印证了"能量产尘粒径拐点"附近为尘粒主要聚集区的观点。Abstract: According to the problems of serious dust harm when coking coal mining operations,taking the coking coal samples from Shandong Luxi Mining Area affected by geogical structure as the studly objects, on the basis of considering the features of primary dust it was obtained that there was a relationship betwee the amount of coking cal dust produced and is uniaxlal comprssive strength by umiaxlal compressiontes . The dust prodiced ate was the bggest from the medium of coal seam affected by degree of coal metamophism and dust produced ate was bggerfrom magmeatic erosion are. The featue paricle size D10 became smll afifced by magmatic erosion and other geological condititons.The gravitydrop test showed that underthe co diion of the same enegythe coking ca dust produced capacity was stronger than comparison bitumincus coal,the percentageof fine paticles of ust was relaed to drop hammer enegy .Acoding tothe above rsutsthe authors poposed the concept of energy producing dust particle size turning poit when the proporion of f aling dust by dfferent hammer gravity were cose at his time paricle sze range was 20.02~34.82 um.The resulis suggsted that ust clustered near the energy producing dust paricle size turning point. The site dustal eatures and sizeanalysis ruies showed that feature paricle size alected by fault and mining cutting pro.ess The dutal sze distrbution near the shearer proved that points of dust lustered near the energy producing dust particle size turning point.
