煤与瓦斯突出矿井沿空留巷技术研究

摘要: 为解决煤与瓦斯突出矿井巷道掘进速度慢、矿井采掘接续紧张、回采期间上隅角瓦斯频繁超限等难题,提出了柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术。根据薛湖煤矿地质及工程条件,基于分离岩块法力学模型,分析了沿空留巷巷旁充填体宽度为1.2 m,将柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术在2302工作面回风巷进行了现场试验,结果表明:该技术有效防止了隅角瓦斯积聚超限,改善了工作面通风环境,降低了巷道掘进率并提高了煤炭资源采出率,但同时应通过优化巷道支护形式、提高充填体支护强度改善巷道围岩控制效果,所进行的应用效果评价分析为改进该沿空留巷技术的现场适应性提供了依据。Abstract: In order to solve a slow gateway driving speed in the coal and gas outburst mine,high tension mining and driving replacement,top corner gas frequent overli mit problem occurred in the mining period,the gob-side entry retaining technology with the flexible formwork and pumping concrete was provided. According to the geologic al and engineering condition of Xuehu Mine,based on the separation rock block mechanics model,the paper analyzed the sidewall backfill with of 1. 2 m for the gob-side en try retaining. The gob-side entry retaining technology with flexible formwork and pumping concrete was applied to the site trial in the air returning gateway of No. 2302 coal mining face. The results showed that the technology could effectively prevent the top corner gas accumulation and overlimit,improved the ventilation environment of the Co al mining face,reduced the driving rate of the gateway and effectively improvd the coal resources mining rate .Meanwhile with the optimized support method of the gateway,t he backfill support strength was improved and the surrounding rock control effect of the gateway was improved. The evaluation and analysis of the application effect could provide the bases to improve the gob-side entry retaining technology to the mine site.
