近距离煤层掘进巷道过终采线冲击地压防治技术

Rock burst prevention and control technology of mine driving gateway passing through mining terminal line in contiguous seams

  • 摘要: 为了防治掘进巷道的冲击地压,首先确定了其主要自然影响因素为煤体的强冲击倾向性、水平地应力和坚硬厚层顶板。根据现场冲击地压发生的位置,采用数值模拟分析了掘进巷道过上层煤工作面终采线区域的应力分布,确定了多次采动应力叠加是冲击地压发生的力源因素。根据现场微震监测结果,认为高位坚硬顶板破坏释放的能量进一步加剧煤体应力集中是冲击地压发生的诱发因素。将后续掘进区域分为强冲击危险区域和一般冲击危险区域,并提出了在强冲击危险区域进行加强支护和大孔径钻孔结合煤体松动爆破的解危措施,在一般冲击危险区域采用煤体预注水的方式进行超前卸压。现场电磁辐射监测结果证实,强冲击危险区域的电磁辐射强度和脉冲均明显高于一般冲击危险区域,同时表明冲击地压解危措施效果明显,保证了后续掘进的安全。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent and control the rock burst of the driving gateway,the paper firstly determined the main natural influence factors,including the seam power ful bumping tendency,horizontal ground stress and hard and thick roof. According to the location of the site rock burst occurred,a numerical simulation was applied to analy ze stress distribution of the driving face passing through mining terminal line area of the driving face in the top seam and to determine that a multi mining stress superpositi on was the power source factor of the rock burst occurred. According to the site micro-seismic monitoring and measured results,the paper held that energy released from th e high level hard roof failure would further seriously make stress concentrated in the seam and was the induced factor of the rock burst occurred.The paper divided late dri ving area into powerful rock burst danger area and normal rock burst danger area. The danger releasing measures to enhance the support and large diameter borehole Co mbined seam standing blasting were provided to the powerful rock burst danger area and the advance strata pressure releasing with a seam water injection conducted in th e normal rock burst danger area. The site electromagnet radiation detection results showed that a electromagnet radiation intensity and pulse of the powerful rock burst da nger area would be obviously higher than the normal rock burst danger area and also showed that the effect of the measures to release the rock burst danger was obvious to ensure the safety of the late driving operation.
