基于虚拟样机技术的矿井瓦斯抽采钻机集成设计

Integrated Design of Drilling Rig for Gas Drainage in Underground Mine Based on Virtual Prototype Machine Technology

  • 摘要: 根据煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻机的系统组成,建立了钻机虚拟样机集成模型,包括几何CAD模型、虚拟装配模型、结构强度模型、液压特性模型和多体动力学模型;并提出了相应的虚拟样机集成设计流程,形成了虚拟开发环境,包括数字化建模和仿真2大功能模块。以ZDY6000LD(A)定向钻机为例进行钻机虚拟设计,分析了钻机的稳固特性,并对定向钻进工况进行多体和液压的动力学联合仿真。ZDY6000LD(A)定向钻机基于虚拟样机技术建模,可在设计初期检验产品的性能,优化产品设计,为样机试验提供参考,该钻机已在神华集团等煤矿推广应用,可成功完成水平定向长钻进主孔深度1 212 m。

     

    Abstract: According to the system composition of the drilling rig for the gas drainage in underground mine, an integrated model of the virtual prototype machine for the drilling rig was established, including the geometry CAD model, virtual assembled model, structure strength model, hydraulic feature model and multi-body dynamic model.A relevant integrated design process of the virtual prototype machine was provided and could form a virtual development environment, including two modules of t he digitalized modeling and simulation.Based on a ZDY6000LD (A) directional drilling rig as an example, a virtual design of the drilling rig was conducted.The stability a nd firm features of the drilling rig were analyzed and the multi-body and hydraulics combined simulation was conducted on the performances of the directional drilling.B ased on the technology modelling of the virtual prototype machine, the ZDY6000LD (A) directional drilling rig could inspect the product performances at the initial desig n period and could provide the references to the prototype test.The drilling rig had been applied to the shenhua Group and other coal mines and completed a horizontal directional long borehole with a depth of 1 212 m.
