地面钻井抽采被保护层采动区卸压瓦斯技术研究

Study on pressure relief gas drainage technology in mining area of ground drilling in protected layer

  • 摘要: 为了保证淮南矿区地面钻井能对被保护煤层卸压瓦斯进行有效抽采,实现被保护层的高瓦斯强突出煤层转变为低瓦斯煤层,基于下保护层工作面开采时,上覆关键层覆岩移动变形裂隙分布状况和不同岩(煤)层段的覆岩移动剪切破断机理,提出了淮南矿区抽采上覆被保护层卸压瓦斯的地面钻井设计参数和结构工艺,通过将地面钻井布置在工作面采动裂隙发育的“O”型圈内或中部离层裂隙发育区,钻井结构设计为采用软岩层、远岩层强抗固井,近岩层、硬岩层扩孔避让护井,减少钻井剪切破断。结果表明:平均单井抽采瓦斯量272万m3,钻井直径提高38%,抽采量提高69%,被保护层13-1煤瓦斯含量由9.02 m3/t降至3.61 m3/t,瓦斯压力由3.8 MPa降至0.2 MPa,取得了良好的安全经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the effective drainage of the relieved gas in the protected coal seam by ground drilling in Huainan mining area,and realize the transformation of the protected high gas outburst coal seam into low gas coal seam, based on the distribution of overburden deformation fractures in the key overlying strata and the shear fracture mechanism of overburden movement in different rock (coal) seams, the ground drilling design parameters and structural processes of the overburdened protective layer in the Huainan mining area were proposed. The design parameters and structure technology of surface drilling for relieving pressure gas in protective layer were arranged in "O-shaped zone" or in the middle of separation zone where the fractureswere developed. The drilling structure was designed to usesoft rock and far rock layers to resist cementing, reaming near hard rock layers to avoid yielding well protection and reduce drilling shear fracture. The results show that the average gas extraction volume of a single well is 2.72 million m3, the drilling diameter is increased by 38%, the extraction volume is increased by 69%, the gas content of protected layer 13-1 is reduced from 9.02 m3/t to 3.61 m3/t, and the gas pressure is reduced from 3.8 MPa to 0.2 MPa. Good safety and economic benefits have been achieved.
