基于热线法的松散煤体导热系数测量及数值模拟研究

摘要: 针对热线法数据处理只能得到导热系数,而无法掌握松散煤体温度场分布的现状,在试验的基础上采用Fluent数值模拟方法对试样筒中2种不同粒径煤样的温度分布情况进行研究。结果表明:通过温度场分布图可以判断热线与松散煤体热量传递所处阶段,结合试验测量数据较为准确地得出导热系数;松散煤体导热系数较小,温度传递范围较小,适宜选用小尺寸的试验装置进行试验。数值模拟结合热线法可以在得出导热系数的同时了解温度的分布情况,对试验数据的精准拟合和试验装置尺寸设计具有参考意义。Abstract: In view of the fact that the data processing of Hotline Method can only get the thermal conductivity and can not master the distribution of the temperature field of loose coal, based on the experiment, the Fluent numerical simulation method is used to analyze the temperature distribution of two kinds of different particle siz e coal samples. The results show that the temperature distribution can be used to determine the stage of heat transfer between hot wire and loose coal, and the thermal conductivity can be obtained more accurately by the experimental data. The thermal conductivity of loose coal is smaller and the temperature transmission range is sma ller, which is suitable for small size of the experimental device for testing. The numerical simulation combined with Hotline Method can get the thermal conductivity at th e same time to understand the distribution of temperature, which has a big significance on the test data fiting accuracy and test device design.
