腐植酸系分散剂合成条件及对水煤浆黏度的影响
Synthesis Conditions of Humic Acid Series Dispersant Affected to Viscosity of Coal Water Mixture

摘要: 采用腐植酸为原料,丙烯酸为接枝共聚单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备腐植酸-丙烯酸接枝共聚物,并检测其对水煤浆黏度、流动性、稳定性的影响。通过正交实验,得出了腐植酸-丙烯酸接枝共聚物的合成优化条件:丙烯酸与腐植酸质量比为0.35∶1.00,引发剂用量5%,反应温度75℃,保温时间2 h,腐植酸-丙烯酸接枝共聚物对陕西彬长煤水煤浆具有良好的分散性能,当分散剂用量为0.12%时,水煤浆的表观黏度为956 mPa.s。Abstract: Taking humic acid as a raw material, acrylic acid as graft polymerization monomer and potassium persulfate as an initiator, the solution polymerization w as applied to prepare humic acid-acrylic acid graft copolymer and to detect and measure the viscosity of the coal water mixture, fluidity and stability affected by the graf t copolymer.With the orthogonal experiment, the synthesis optimized conditions of the humic acid-acrylic acid graft copolymer were obtained.The mass ratio of acrylic a cid and humic acid was 0.35 : 1.00, the initiator dosage was 5%, the reaction temperature was 75 °C, the reaction keeping time as 2 h and the humic acid-acrylic acid graft copolymer would have excellent dispersing performances to the coal water mixture with Binchang coal in shaanxi.When the dosage of the dispersant was 0.12%, t he apparent viscosity of the coal water mixture was 956 mPa.s.
